If you have visited us at the Voix Clinic recently you may have noticed that we are sending out a post-appointment survey to gather your thoughts and opinions on how we are doing, and what we can do better. Thanks to those legends who have already provided us with some rad feedback that will help continue to be as efficient and supportive as we can be.

Dr Hryniewicki is headed OS for a Med-Tech Conference in Malta🛫!

As you may be aware, Jarek is heading overseas for a short stint in Europe attending a Virtual Reality in Healthcare Conference called Med-Tech. You can check out the website if you are interested, and we will be stoked to share more exciting developments in this space for our Voix clients and friends…very soon.

 

He will be unavailable for appointments between 17 October and 22 October, however he will have availability and back-up for urgent script requests during this time. Please note that the absolute BEST time for you to get your hands on scripts is during your scheduled appointments to ensure that you do not run out. 

 

We will also have limited access to reception phone support during this time so please consider utilising our handy-dandy VoixBot in the bottom right-hand corner of our website at voix.com.au.

To get a super prompt response to your query we ask that you submit all messages, clinical queries, requests for scripts, medical certificates, and appointment changes via our VoixBot who is ready and waiting in the bottom-right hand corner of our website at voix.com.au.



As we are a private clinic we are not able to respond to queries immediately, and recommend you utilise the Urgent Help contacts where needed.


However, in most cases, messages sent via our VoixBot will be responded to within 2 business days (or sooner).


If you cannot find an answer to your query using our VoixBot you can contact our reception team between the hours of 10am and 2pm Monday - Thursday.
