Not sure where to start?
That’s okay. You don’t need to have the right words, a clear plan, or everything figured out before you reach out.
Maybe things have been feeling a bit harder than usual. Maybe school, uni, work, friendships, family, emotions, sleep or focus are getting tricky. Maybe someone has mentioned ADHD, anxiety, burnout or mental health support, and you’re not totally sure what that means for you.
At Voix, there are two main ways we can support you: Voix Clinic and Voix Studio.
They are connected, but they are not the same. This page is here to help you work out which one might be the best place to start.
For when you need mental health support from a clinician
Voix Clinic is where you can see health professionals like psychiatrists, psychologists and mental health occupational therapists.
This might be the right place to start if you want help with things like:
- anxiety, low mood or big emotions
- feeling overwhelmed, stuck or not like yourself
- ADHD or questions about how your brain works
- therapy or mental health occupational therapy
- medication review or psychiatric support
- support that involves a GP referral, Medicare rebate or clinical report
You do not need to know exactly what kind of clinician you need. That is something we can help work out.
For when you want practical support, coaching or skills for everyday life
Voix Studio is our coaching, skills and wellbeing space.
This might be the right place to start if you want support with things like:
- ADHD coaching
- planning, organisation and routines
- motivation and getting started
- study, school or uni support
- confidence and independence
- understanding yourself better
- sleep, stress, breathing or daily habits
- parent coaching, workshops or group programs
Voix Studio is not therapy or medical care. It is practical, strengths-based support to help you build skills, understand what gets in the way, and find strategies that actually work for your life.
