We would like to provide you with some important information on how to effectively communicate with Voix. In order to enhance accessibility to our services and streamline our standards request, we have implemented a rule-based chat system on our website…the VoixBot.
Our chat system functions differently from an AI-based chat, as it adheres to specific instructions and rules - not a free text (like AI chatbots may handle). This enables us to systematise our responses and ensures a more predictable access to our comprehensive knowledgebase, containing all the necessary information about VOIX and our services.
Apart from our VoixBot feature, we also have dedicated reception staff available for four days a week, from Monday to Thursday 10 am to 2 pm (08 6424 8690).
We understand that there are instances where a phone call is required to provide more specific support to your and we are there for you. Consequently, we would like to efficiently utilise this time by offering more complex assistance for more complex matters, rather than handling routine inquiries and requests.
By delegating routine inquiries to our automated system, we can free up valuable time for our staff to attend to more clinical matters without keeping you waiting for us to answer the calls. Apologies that it may happen from time to time. This is the nature of any medical practice that not all calls may be immediately attended.
