It is well known that a “habit” of most “successful” people is getting up early and seizing the day.

Let’s be frank here - no one really cares about that.

You will carve your own destiny.

Yet maybe getting up early will make your life easier.

We at Voix want to say that regardless of your story, you might find a bit of magic in getting up early, and be inspired by the image.

It’s true that getting up early is associated with better health outcomes and better sleep patterns. Everyone imagines a bionic human of the future who gets up at 2am to work on his startup. The reality is, it doesn’t matter!

You don’t need to be like that if you don’t want to.

A certain portion of the population are actually “night owls” who are genetically inclined to going to sleep later at night. And about a quarter of us are meant to be early risers who do the opposite. It may just come down to your genes. If you get the chance, study your parents - what are their sleeping habits like?

However, there is something beautiful about getting out of bed early.

You may be a late-night creative type, coasting on your laptop, but don’t you want to rise with the sun and ride life’s tycoon?

Getting up early and launching into your day may reflect an enthusiasm that is really healthy.

After all, you are young, free, and full of talent.

People out there need to see and feel it.

Make the most of these talents while they burn inside of you!

The dawn meets the day, and you are slumbering - you are doing nothing. You are rolling around in your sheets. And what is more, the birds are singing, the trains are turning, the skies are burning red.

It’s important to get your bearings and get the ball rolling.

Corporations are moving, workers are working, bees are buzzing. The day starts long before your laziness- meet the challenge and get on board. I’m sure the world would love to see it.

A quick tip - a bit of exercise makes it easier. Especially if you are one of those who is hit by a wave of grogginess in the mornings. Even the smallest bit of exercise (four minutes has been given as a number!) upon waking up can slowly convince your body to release stress hormones and get moving. It is the perfect antidote to those morning hesitations. And if you can make a routine out of it, even better.

There are a thousand reasons to get out of bed.

  • There is the sun,
  • there is the ocean,
  • and if you’re not near that, there is the beat of your heart as you exercise.
  • In short, life is everywhere.
  • And there are all the people who care for you and love you, although it’s easy to forget about them, as you ride through youth.

The important thing, I think, is once you wake up, launch out of bed!

Don’t stay there!

Seize the day!

For these are rare and special days we are living in.

Make the most of them and ride the wave!
