It is time to maximize potential in all areas of life, including focus, attention, organization, time management, productivity, task prioritization, impulse control, motivation building, self-esteem, and emotional regulation.
The medication works, but it’s not the only answer.
The availability of pharmacological interventions that help combat inattention difficulties is adequate, but you could reduce or even prevent reliance on these measures (prescribed medication) by developing and strengthening practical skills to be confident to take on anything that life throws at you!
