1. The Voix website and all online platforms (referred to as “website”) are owned and operated by Westform Holdings Pty Ltd trading s Voix (TM), ABN 55 253 984 228, and your use of this website is governed by these terms together with the Voix’s Privacy Policy (this needs to be linked). This website was created in good faith to provide general education about youth mental health and inspire young people to seek support and clinical care if required. It also includes information about Voix services. All clinical data relating to the users of Voix service are handled through a separate clinical information service, which was created according to the current regulations, recommendations and standards relating to healthcare. These terms and conditions refer to the general online information only.

2. No medical advice:

  1. For users of Voix online tools: The information on Voix website and is not a medical advice and should never be used for clinical purposes. It is generic and does not consider your personal circumstances, physical wellbeing, mental status, or any clinical requirements. Do not use this information to treat or diagnose your own or another person's medical condition. Never ignore medical advice or delay seeking it because of something on this website. Any medical questions should be referred to a qualified healthcare professional within or outside Voix.
