Vocalise yourself…

Our voice is the tool we use to declare ourselves to the world.
That’s why it is so important to use yours. Make yourself heard (and known)!

“But I don’t know what to say…”

Once you begin to know yourself, you will know what to say and how you want to say it.

One kind word can change a person’s day and if your words are kind enough, you might even change someone’s entire life.

Your voice is unique. No one else in the whole world has your voice. Always remember that your words are powerful.

Open your ears…

Let’s always remember that to be heard, we must first listen.
If we truly listen, we always have something to learn.
Sometimes all someone needs is to be truly heard.
To listen will help us to understand someone else’s perspective, so we can respond with kindness and empathy.
Everyone has something valuable to say.
Never forget you are valuable too – find someone who listens to what you have to say.

Insecurities (free yourself from them)…

Using our true voice isn’t always easy.

It can be hard to speak our truth, but those who are brave enough to do it can share their whole selves with the world. You are capable of doing it as well – just be yourself.

“But I am scared people will judge me…”

The self-critic within us can make it difficult to share our insecurities and vulnerabilities, for fear of judgment. But those who are brave enough to do it can share their whole selves with the world.

“But I can’t get the words out…”

We all struggle to get the words out from time-to-time. Whenever you speak from a place of kindness, you can never say anything wrong.

In the face of self-judgement, remember all the things you have said that made someone smile.

Once we learn that our biggest critic of all actually lives inside of us, we can begin to quieten that voice and make our true voice louder.

Connect with words…

Everyone is someone. Who are you?

There is nothing more rewarding than helping someone who needs it. Your kindness is a superpower.

Whenever you see someone who is looking a little sad, remember that even the smallest act of kindness can brighten their whole day.

Speak the truth from your heart and find people who will love you for it.

“But I have a long way to go to get there…”

Even the fastest man in the world once crawled. When you face a new challenge, all you need to do is take the first step.

No one is perfect. So be you!

We are all different and no one else in the whole world is you. The world is waiting to hear your voice.

“But it’s scary to put myself out there…”

We are all scared. That is part of being human. Surround yourself with people who will listen and make you feel heard.

“But what if I say the wrong thing…?”

We all say things we don’t mean. The only thing that matters is that we try our best tomorrow.

We all make mistakes and we can’t change the past. But we learn from our experiences and try our best again tomorrow.

No matter what has happened today, tomorrow is always an opportunity to try again.

Express yourself…

We all control our own voices. We can sing high or low and use whichever lyrics we desire. We can speak loudly, or softly or stay silent and listen.

We can speak our own opinions and we can freely express our passions and thoughts.

Using our voices can be an outlet for our emotions and creativity or to make ourselves known.

Remember – everyone has a voice and deserves to be heard.

Practice kindness and be patient – especially with yourself.

Learning new things always takes time. Start at the beginning, and if you keep going, you will eventually get to the end!

If you remain persistent with your goals, you will achieve more than you ever thought possible.
